Connect the systems
where your revenue lives
Margentic works with the CRM, email, advertising, analytics and document tools growing companies already run. It reads live data, checks how well each system is set up and turns it into recommendations and prepared work. Read-only by default.

How Margentic connects
Where a platform offers its own MCP server — the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI to business systems — Margentic connects through it. Where it doesn’t, we use the platform’s secure API. Either way, you stay in control.
The platform’s own connector
Official MCP servers are built and maintained by the platform itself, so connections stay reliable as the tools change.
You approve access
You sign in to each tool and choose what Margentic may read. You can revoke access at any time, from your tool or from Margentic.
Live, not copied
Margentic asks for the data a task needs at the moment it needs it. Your customer records are not copied into a Margentic database.
Read-only by default
Margentic reads and recommends. Nothing changes in your tools unless your team approves it.

Your documents stay in your drive
You share one folder or workspace — not your whole drive. When a co-worker writes a brief, drafts content or runs a brand check, it reads the relevant documents from that folder and lists them as sources. The documents themselves are not copied into Margentic.
What Margentic keeps is your business profile, the work it prepares and your team’s decisions — so it learns your business without holding a copy of your files. Remove access and it stops reading immediately.
Using something else?
Systems marked “on request” are connected per customer. Tell us what you run and we will confirm in the demo what can be connected for your business — customer needs decide which connections we add next.
Ask about your toolsDelivered where you work
Ask questions about your data and get answers in Slack, Microsoft Teams or the web app.
Read-only by default
Margentic reads and recommends. Nothing is ever written back to your tools without your approval.
Encrypted credentials
Access tokens and keys are encrypted at rest and only used to read the data your recommendations need.
Missing data is never guessed
If a system isn’t connected, the report says “no data available” instead of inventing numbers.
